Two account per mobile device

Is it still allowed to have two accounts per mobile device? This was in the terms of service when I started and I have my husbands account and mine on one mobile device. I’m wondering if the rules have changed because I cannot find this in the rules anymore. Does anyone know?

Be careful. I had my account and my friends account on my phone. He had $119 on his account and doesn't have a PayPal account. So I signed onto his account to add my PayPal account so he can get his money back. And they decided to deactivate both of our accounts. So now he is out of $119.
