For those users having technical issues with the ibotta app, try clearing the Cache. Clearing the Data bin may help as well.

Under your device settings, navigate to "Apps". Then locate ibotta (or search for ibotta). Select ibotta and then select "Storage" within the ibotta app setting page. 

You should end up with something like the image below. I recommend clearing the Cache, and possibly the Data. At least the Cache. This could benefit any user.

Actually it is best to do this periodically for your device across all your apps to keep them running smooth. There are "cleaners" in the app store you can download and use to clean all your apps in one click.
