I completed some offers on the 1st on my linked Walmart grocery account and have not been credited I also have not got a response from Ibotta customer care any suggestions on what I should do
I’m having that same problem. I have no advice wish I could help.
It takes up to "7 "days, not including weekends, for Ibotta to respond to tickets. Give them some time, they probably have a lot of tickets to respond to.
I’d probably give it until Monday then I would send another message. The linked accounts, from my personal experience, typically take at least until the next day to show in Ibotta so I at least try to wait that and then up to a week for them to respond to me.
I use ibotta for all of my grocery pickup orders and I’ve never received the $1 rebate for going through the app. It is so frustrating and nobody from customer service EVER replies.
