I'm trying to findout if ibotta will let you know if you are lockedout when you are trying to withdraw your earnings to your PayPal. Could someone please respond toy question. Thank you!!!
@Blessed0301 When attempting to transfer your earnings to a bank account or PayPal account, or attempting to apply your earnings to a gift card, if you receive any variation of the following pop-up error messages, it’s most likely because of an automatic block on your account. The block is created by Ibotta’s auto-tracking software, which monitors for specific types of account activity. You’ll need to create a ticket to ask the Care Center to review your account, which you can do thru Ibotta Help (see below for detailed instructions). A representative should reply within 48 hours to let you know if you’ll need to provide any documentation or explanation in order to have the block removed.
No, they will not let you know. You need to open a ticket and ask about what’s up with your account.
