This is a new variation on the Unisom deals.   

This one involves buying two:

Sale $9.98 each X2 = $19.98 less $8 TC less $8 CDC PQ = $3.98

So you will pay $3.98 (plus tax if you have to do that), but you will get a $5 Target GC

I am not sure if the $5 GC triggered because of the tax (which should not happen), or if Target has something similar to the 98% rule that CVS does.

No,I wasn't sure if it all would work, so I went thru customer service.

She was saying I would not get the gift card since it was $19.98, but I know online was showing the GC this way, so my concern was if the $8 TC would come off before the spend compare.  So I told her to just try.  I knew I could cancel the whole thing if need be.

But it all worked out.

My store only had two in stock so none of the deals involving 3 would work, and some of them expired.  I have been trying to get these from anywhere ; either CVS, WAGS, TARGET, etc. - for around free, but finding stock when deals were active was impossible for me.   So when I finally found 2 in stock overnight, I had to do it.

(If you do it, take in a reusable bag and mention it  to them so you get your nickel, unless that is only SCO).

@Rickibotta  So glad it worked out for you - and now you can finally sleep!   If you do self checkout, there is a barcode right above the scanner (below the price display) and if you scan that, you get .05 off for bringing your own bag.

I also think there is a prompt either at beginning or end of transaction as well.   That is where I always do it at SCO.

@Rickibotta  I know there is a prompt asking if you USED bags - I dont recall a prompt asking if you brought your own bag - but again - I'm not sure.

It must prompt me at the end, or have an available prompt at the end (because up front would not make sense).

Anyway, I told it I brought or used 5 bags, and I got back 25¢c

I am pretty sure it asks how many I irought.  Because the first time I encountered it, I did not know why it was asking, so I asked the SCO clerk if I should tell how many I brought or used.

💤 Hey @Rickibotta , my Target has the Unisom for $10.99, so the $5 GC should trigger - I won’t be able to test the 2 x $9.99 situation.  Anywho…  do you think I can stack two PQ’s with the one TC?  Or am I limited to one PQ since there are only two items?  @FelskyNY  Thoughts??

@cjwoody  2 items, 2 coupons - sorry to say - and it should ring up for $9.99 (look on the website, it may say pick up and delivery, but it rings up for $9.99 in store)  I would look and see which has a longer expiration period and use 2 of those (uncheck the TC offer if necessary and use 2 paper).

@FelskyNY  Got it, I was afraid of that.  The policy states that "only one manufacturer coupon (paper or digital), one Target coupon (paper or digital), and one Target Circle offer can be combined per item."  In the case of the Unisom Target Circle offer, is it considered a digital MQ?
