I ended up buying the chocolate chip variety.  My wife wanted Sugar Cookies to have my nieces come over to decorate cookies.  I guess they could decorate chocolate chip cookies, but not the same.

Walmart has "replaced" the 17.5 oz package of the Sugar Cookies for the 21.5 oz size in all their stores.  Same price, $1.78, but the UPC is different and it isn't accepted at coupons.com.

I also found out that the new self-serve registers (much smaller print on screen) won't allow you to pay a penny and then use Walmart Pay to get a paper receipt.  However, I could still do it at a regular register.  And yes, they thought I was crazy.

@mmoore01  You can always frost the cookies and then decorate.  Tell your wife to look up melted snowman cookies - so cute - if you have the free marshmallows - it's a fun idea for the kids.
