Why isn't my cash back working? It hasn't worked in like months.

are you talking about cashing out? you need a minimum of $20 you need to have paypal or your bank account linked and you need to cash out in the app only.

If you haven't gotten back cash back for months, you need to open tickets.  Since you say it has not worked in months, I assume this means it used to work for you.  This sounds odd.  I also assume this is for traditional shopping via the app rather than the new  online shopping.
