Cashback Kroger and Ibotta

Ive been using Kroger cash back for almost a year now. Its in the app under the digital coupons. Scroll to bottom of page and it will say cash back offers. Once you clip them and buy, they have a week to give you the rebate. You can cash out to paypal at 20. Or send any amount to your shoppers card. You can also find it in the settings.

@RCKCreatEnt there is no minimum to send to shopper's card. The only minimum is to transfer to PayPal. I just transfer to my shoppers card and use on my next order.

@ginny004 I went to Kroger this morning and claimed and completed 4 deals with concurrent Ibotta and Kroger cash back. I clicked 'Cash Back' in both the app and the website and saw my cash back was 0.00 but I noticed my deals claimed went from 39 to 36, then rummaged through current claimed deals and noticed the 3 I completed were off the board. I then  remembered you said that the claims are usually in pending status at least 1-2 days

In my experience -  I never get Kroger cash back if I use Ibotta first. Same with other app - Swagbucks, MyPoints, Inboxdollars - always get  "duplicate receipt" error.

Once I called Kroger and asked about missing cash back - they credited it manually. Now I submit receipts to other CB sites first, wait till cashback credited and only then submit receipts to Ibotta. It works for me.

@limsy I wouldn’t think that would make a difference. Kroger is manual receipt processing meaning you have to select your rebates after you take a photo of your receipt so I don’t see how Kroger would know you also got cashback through Ibotta. The only time I didn’t get my cash back at Kroger was when I missed in the fine print that you wouldn’t get the cash back if you also used a digital coupon. The way rebates can disappear, I wouldn’t wait the two days for Kroger to do their credit, personally.
