• FWIW, the two times I bought at Kroger, it did not auto-accept, but did get approved next day with manual review.  All my purchases at WM were auto-accepted, and that included all 3 flavors in the cups and boxes.

Yessir!!  I am doing more cups again this time.  I already have 30: 23 boxes and 7 cups

So I am a risk taker.  I was he-ll bent on getting cups even though I just got them yesterday, hoping the IR will reset today or tomorrow.  So I either pay 4¢ for all 4 cups, or 84¢ for all 4 if it doesn't reset.  I won't return them to swap for boxes in a few days if the cups don't reset because I already claimed the larger $3 SB for all 4.

Kroger never resulted in auto-accepted Cheetos with SB, but the manual review did come back positive.
