KCB for Snickers- Wholly Guac...not!

I waited patiently for items to load/populate to the new KCB offers that appeared a couple days ago.

So, today when I went shopping and purchased 5 eligible Snickers items and one eligible Wholly Guac item it expected them to disappear from my KCB gallery while processing my rebate.

Unfortunately, they remain live in my gallery. Bummer man! We know what that means. Anyone else?

I posted earlier that I had a similar experience. The Snickers bars didn't redeem for me and neither did the Gilbert's Craft Sausages. ☹️ (The Snickers fun size six pack worked however.) I called and got my credit and asked the rep to please pass the info on to the appropriate dept. She said she would report it, but honestly I don't think she even understood the issue at all.....

well now I'm rethinking this offer - that is disappointing!

I have actually prepared a "script" that I simply copy and paste into the chat thread (after filling in the specific items). It is a clear explanation of why I know I won't be getting my KCB the ordinary way, along with a request to please credit my shoppers card the exact $$.

My script works like a charm! It provides just the right info so the rep does not give me the "run around."

I'm sorry it didn't work for you.  I went to Kroger today and got 2 Wholly Guacamole and it is gone now so expect to get my. CB in a few days.  I am bummed that I accidentally bought Thomas mini bagels instead of croissants.  And they didn't have the cinnamon protein English muffins!😠. I plan on returning them tomorrow.  Plus I bought some Florastor and gave them the $8 coupon but it didn't post and I was in a big hurry and didn't notice til I got home and scanned the receipt.  I don't want my  bonus rescinded even though I had 1 more offer than I needed to complete the HTB. Whatever.....probably won't return it.

@TXbelle:  Yes, the Thomas's offer is a tricky one! I almost bough the bagels but thankfully I noticed the offer said "11 oz" and the bagels were 15 oz. That's when I finally noticed it is for the croissants.

I'm guessing there will be more of our peeps inadvertently purchasing the bagels. No croissants at the stores where I shopped today, but there were places on the shelves so hopefully they'll be in stock before the offers expire.

My Wholly Guac offer is no longer in my gallery but I have not been paid yet. I picked up the smaller size for $3.49.  

I do still have the Kori Krill offer in my gallery from my purchase on 1/27. Has anyone been paid for the Kori Krill?

I am taking them back today.  If I buy a Thomas product with no Ibotta rebate, I am going for the cinnamon raisin swirl bread. 🥰. But I'm still holding out hope for the English muffins...
