Can you post the script and tell me where to go to live chat? This is the first time I have missed legit KCB. Before I have been paid for using a digital coupon AND KCB but I paid full price this time without any coupons bc my hubby likes them. I will be getting paid for bush’s beans - $1/2. They were sold out of the other offers I had checked.
@Janet1964 I called 1-800-576-4377. If you call you might as well start hitting "0" from the get-go to speak to a rep. If you go through the correct prompts then the computer tries to assist and it can't in this situation. It will only tell you how cashback works and we already know how it works. (Well, how it's supposed to work anyway!)

At the footer (bottom) of most website pages of Kroger Banner stores, there is a "Contact Us" option. When you click on "Contact Us" it leads you to a page of their contact info PLUS a "Launch Live-chat" button.

“Today” I purchased “5” items listed as eligible for the “Snickers” Kroger Cash Back offer ($1/each, limit 5), and I purchased “1” item listed as eligible for the “Wholly Guacamole” KCB offer ($1/each, limit 5). Typically, when I purchase eligible KCB items, the offer promptly disappears (gets pulled) from my available KCB offers while it's processing (then cashback credits within 48-72 hours, occasionally longer). However, this time the offers did NOT disappear, which means one thing: my cashback rebate credit is NOT in process and my KCB will not be issued the automatic way. Please credit my shopper's card for the missing “$6” KCB plus whatever additional $credit is appropriate for this inconvenience? Thank you!

I've become wary of making purchases at Kroger Banner stores with the expectation of KCB.
Because: my last 4 attempted KCB redemptions were a bust! Sometimes it's easier to just return the item(s) than to bother reporting it.
If I need (or could use) the item, it's worth the time/effort to report. But typically, such purchases are made only to beef-up my donation stash.

That Coronado caramel is one of my most elusive unicorns. The Thomas' bagels are readily available, but I can't do the IR without that sweet sauce. It taunts me every time I open my Kroger list. 🦄
@Ibotta-Addict I completely agree! The offers for Nuggs, Kori, Thomas and Gilbert's were all a bust. At this point, I am surprised when they do go through! It's not worth it for me to have to contact CS and returning is also not ideal. My store either has nobody at the CS counter or I have to wait in line for 20 minutes. Hoping they can get back on track but no KCB for me until they get this fixed.
I haven’t paid much attention to the KCB offers lately because of previous credit issues. I used one offer last week because it matched up nicely with an Ibotta offer. Guess what !! I didn’t get the credit!! I called customer service and they were were good about issuing my credit (even gave me a little bit more), but it’s a pain to have to keep track of pending credits.
