Glad you got it sorted out.  Also glad they didn't 'escalate' your issue without resolving it for you.

Looks like issue may have been fixed. $22.50 just popped up on my account.

@PT00

Does that amount make sense to you?  If they paid out for both the $1 & $1.25 offers, and you purchased 5, that would be $12.50.  Do you know where $10 would come from?

I had $13.50 added..

  • 5 of the $1 offers would be $5
  • 5 of the $1.50 offers (CHOCOLATE/C&C) would be $7.50
  • I also had not received my Ken's Salad Dressing - $4.  ($1X4)

Not sure if they just added amounts to our accounts or processed them properly.  I am pretty sure the Ken's and Quaker offers are so old that their offers had expired, so they would not show up as redeemed deals anyway.

For those of us who had CS add amounts to our shopper card, we made extra., and it appears they pad the double dip.  Interested to see if anyone else out there makes any sense of the amount received.  Mine does not appear to balance.

@Ibotta-Addict   It would seem that any monies added to your account would not be a direct result of your escalation either because I was credited amounts by a CSR, there was no escalation, and I just earned a windfall. So it appears this adjustment was just a delayed processing of backlogged requests.  Curious if you got back what you expected.

I only bought 3 boxes of oatmeal so was expecting a total credit of $7.50 (combining the 2 oatmeal offers). That is exactly what I received so I can state with certainty that my account has now been credited for the correct (albeit extra) amount.

That clarifies things a bit.  So I likely was given $12.50 Quaker cash.  Perhaps I redeemed an additional $1 without realizing it.  I had 2 or 3 KCB offers clipped and they are all gone now  so I have NFC.

Glad you got yours too.

@Rickibotta Since I was only expecting cashback for Quaker it was easy for me to confirm it. I do wish the way the redeemed offers show was accurate however as mine is listed as "zero", but if wishes were fishes and all that jazz.... Hopefully Kroger can get this system working correctly. It's definitely more expensive for them when it doesn't work properly since like others I had already reached out via chat and was given more than I asked for.

I get all expected KCB, including double dip for Quaker oatmeal.

@Rickibotta yeah, it added up. I got the 1.00 & 1.50 for the Quaker and 2.00 for the Arm & Hammer. I had opened a ticket for the Quaker only and they said I would receive 10.00 (7.50 plus extra) but I went to the store twice and it never popped up during self-checkout. This works out better since they paid out on both offers when I only claimed one when I opened the ticket.
