I purchased the chocolate quaker instant oatmeal (x5) and a lower sugar brown sugar and maple (x1) and had both clipped. I noticed the KCB for the non "specialty" instant oatmeal was only for 1 redemption. both were bought in the same transaction and I noticed both came off my clipped list and I am still waiting for my rebate. I reached out to Kroger via chat last night and they said I had to wait until today and it will post. So I am patiently waiting. I have started making a list of what i had clipped and what what day I redeemed.
I swore my non-specialty was limit=5. I hope you have good luck today with chat. Let us know if they take care of it, or if they 'escalate' it to others.

I didn't have a DQ and have not received the KCB from my Tuesday purchase. I tried a chat today and they were "finding an agent" for 20 minutes before they disconnected me. I sent an email so we will see what happens.
Waited the full 7 days and was never credited for KCB. Reached out via chat and they added 9.00 to my account.
