Kroger: Cacique Salsa - $1.29 AS (KCB Issue?)

I like these well enough to do a deal for $1.29 after stacking (AS).

They are $3.29 regular price less $1 IR less $1 KCB = $1.29 (limit 5)

Problem is that the KCB offer did not 'disappear' upon purchase.  I opened a ticket this morning and got my $3 credit for the 3 purchased.

Did anyone else buy these recently with a KCB offer?  Did you have issues with the KCB auto-posting?

This is a decent deal, but if you purchase, be advised the KCB may not post without contacting them. 

(SHOP ALL ITEMS indicated no connected items for me, so if there are connected items for you, perhaps you will not have issues)

same thing happened to me for the same product.          I went to the store yesterday and had 7 items clipped, after check out only 4 came off.     going to contact CS later today.

the 3 that did not come off was halls mini cough drops,  ben's ready rice (I bought 3) and heinz gravy.    all three were ibotta offers also and I checked prior and they were all stackable.   no verbiage
