Today was the 7th day after the kcb for the rice n easy I bought( on sale but NO coupon). I took your advice and prepared a script for a chat with Kroger CS. I gave all the info needed. My copy and paste worked perfectly. I requested a $0.60 credit, thinking they might round up to $1.00. I was wrong; the csr gave me a $10.00 credit! I went to get milk today while it's still on sale. It worked The script is saved in my drive for the next time. Thank you for the great tip.
