Kroger KCB looks like it’s changing

FYI I know when I posted early Wednesday morning my coke w coffee was limit 5, and it showed limit 5 when I was in store.  I’m still waiting for KCB from that trip to be applied.  

I saw several of you mentioning it was limit one.  I went in and looked at several offers, that I know we’re not limit one.  Now it looks like all offers are limit 1 (I looked at about 10 or so).

WOW! Thanks @SavingsCrazy for letting us know.  to was going to buy some today. I love these and had planned to get 5. I know when I clipped the offer it was a 5x offer. Since the $.79 price is actually a dq, we might not get the kcb anyway.

I am having an issue with Ibotta getting my bonus for buying 2 at Walmart on 2 separate trips. I got bonus credit for 1 but not the second.  They just closed my tkt saying I did get the bonus! even after I sent a screenshot of the incomplete bonus. I sent a reply disputing her claim that I got credit.

@TXbelle i had a few bonuses past couple months that never awarded and they never replied to. 
I literally just check my Kroger app, I did get KCB for all 5 I got Wed morning, which I’m thankful for.  
stinks the KCB appears to be limited to one on all offers now.

At some point these "savings" companies are going to monetize themselves right out of business. Profits over customers won't be sustainable.  Most of my friends won't take the time and effort to use these apps. If they keep changing their model, the ones who are willing to work for the discounts(us!) won't bother either. No one wins when greed takes over.

The Kroger cash back confusion (KCBC) is due to the web and app versions showing conflicting info.

The screenshot on the left is the web version which shows a limit of 5 and the app shows limit of 1 (pic on right).

My coke with coffee still says limit 5.  I know when I click more details, it says limit of one coupon, but that's to say you can't use a coupon with the offer, as far as I can tell.  Down under the Qualifying Products header, it says can be redeemed maximum 5 times.

Back in March, I had questioned @Rickibotta about KCB offers varying by users.

His post showed the limit was 5 and I thought my offer was different since the app showed a limit of 1. 

I bought 2 and received the cash back for both items even though the app showed my limit was only 1.

Thanks for sharing this!  I couldn't figure out why everyone was saying it was a limit of 1, but I don't bother with the app.  My app rarely works right lately.  I appreciate you shedding light on it.

To clarify, the app doesnt explicitly state a limit of 1.  Rather there is no reference to limit at all..  I mostly use the website, especially because the app does not tell you if an item is part of B5S5.

So I am glad you all told me this.  Otherwise, I may wrongly think there was a limit of 1 if I did not check webpage.  So frustrating when they can't find a way to duplicate functionality between app/web.

UPDATE (9/17 @ 7 AM):  KCB for Coca-Cola Coffee came thru for $2.50 (50¢X5)
