@Welshcar I never found the smaller bags and here we are 10 days later - and I just had to request to correct my receipt. AND the water wasn't credited yet - I was credit for the 24 or 12 pack (can't remember which it was so long ago)
@FelskyNY SK is so erratic on approval times. I did the Grove deal at Target on Monday. Two of my bundles were credited before I even got home. One bundle is still pending. I went to two different stores but I submitted the second receipt within half an hour of the first. 🤷🏻♀️
@Welshcar I agree - I did 3 bundles on Sunday - credited by Monday, bought 2 more early and they are still pending. Went back w/ my friend that night and she did 1 bundle (that's all they had left) and hers credited immediately. At least the one from the 9th was credited (although wrong) - so I'm making progress.
@Rickibotta Ha ha - I know you aren't shopping in NY my friend! Funny thing is, I don't even use soap dispensers (but now I will). I have the one in the kitchen filled and it's sitting on the counter. Totally disrupting life as we know it. Considering I haven't had a dishwasher since March 2020 - we use a lot of dish soap.

Check SK to see if your offer has reset already. Mine has.

Anyone else have an issue with this offer? Not sure if SK is playing games or what, but I read this post and decided to do it. Up until being in the store and scanning the water bottle (and case because I did that offer too) it said both were worth 250 pts (the bottle for sure) ...however when I got home to scan the receipt it showed 75pts....once you click on the button it says "claim 250pts" ...so I figured it would be ok...nope! I only got credit for 75pts for the bottle and 75pts for the case of water. After reading about the Grove fiasco I know that after so many offers have been redeemed, points become reduced. So either I just was SUPER unlucky or SK is playing games.
With this experience and the annoying point system in general....I prob will hit my goal and just keep them on the back burner until it's time for deal stacking.
@MeLMeL11 same thing happened to me with SK. The 1st time it took them almost 10 days to credit me my points. The 2nd time when it reset for me, it only gave me 75 points. I let it pass as I do consume the water, but it was quite disappointing AND confusing as to why they would claim different point offers at the same time. It does show me 250, but gives only 75 when you submit a receipt. Maybe we should submit a ticket just to see what their reasoning is behind this?
Perhaps that is what happened to you, but here is what happened to me.
I purchased it, and I selected the 250 points offer.
Then the button came up saying CLAIM 75 points.
It definitely switched it before I took the pic of receipt and finalized it.
I opened a ticket 4 days ago. That means I should hear back tomorrow or the day after.
I will post back if I hear something.
(fwiw, the first time I redeemed, I was credited the 250 points in a few hours)
@Rickibotta It took about 10 days for SK to award the points. I had messaged @FelskyNY about it too. I would love to see how they respond to your ticket! If they give you the 250 points, I will ask them to do the same. I'm off to bed in case you reply and I don't respond. Goodnight for now!
