Bummer for you! These are the steps I took for successful redemption:

• Activated the offer
• Selected 3 of the Plum Organics that were listed (not all varieties are eligible)
• Made the purchase at an eligible store for the offer
• When I uploaded my receipt, I selected the Plum Organics offer to redeem .
• Then I chose the store.
• Then I uploaded....Ca-ching!

If yours was rejected,  i would suggest try submitting it again (unless you inadvertently purchased flavors that were not on the list).
