Yes same email chain. That way I can format things,
Below the blurb above was a copy of the receipt and two pictures.
I even designated 'Purchase #1' <and> 'Purchase #2' over the respective picture.
I am optimistic, although I was nearly as thorough on my 3rd response to them.
@Rickibotta I had to go back and forth a bit. She told me I had been awarded the points already for my Sunday purchase, but I told her that although I had been awarded, it completely disappeared and was not showing, and she then credited it. Be optimistic - for now
