@Rickibotta You should get an email once you submit a ticket/request. then I usually follow up in the same email chain if necessary. I have to submit a ticket too. I received 2400 kicks for 2 bundles instead of 4000.
@Hahaharris54 Thanks for the advice, but we did submit our receipts timely. SK is making a mess of the most recent offers for the Grove Co. soaps/dispensers. The credits were show as pending, they dropped in value, then they were showing right, and then not credited properly. SK sure dropped the ball, so many of us are submitting tickets for the missing credits.
Just read through some of the replies on the thread. Yikes! I had something similar happen with offers Back in November around Black Friday. It was so frustrating and then I wasn’t sure which offer was missing kicks. Since then I take a screenshot of my submission and keep it until it clears. If there’s any discrepancy I just forward the screenshot to supplement my inquiry and it normally gets fixed within a day. In my experience their customer service is very helpful… with the exception of one very disgruntled Rep late December. Lol
Yeah overnight I did add on to the ticket. I also asked them to look into the one that is pending. In a way I am glad this happened. I would like to reduce the # of rebate apps. I keep getting SK/SB confused at times when I open an apps. I started them both the same day. As we have discussed, we are immediate gratification folk, so we don't like waiting a week or two anyway. Regardless how this ticket works out, I probably wont go out of my way to use SK. I did at least get my $1 for the Nestle water. That came quickly. Crossing my fingers for us and everyone else who are being put through the paces.
I have never had any shopping app EVER reduce my reward. I have had a great many disqualify for some reason, but to just reduce it without explanation. Pretty unacceptable to me.
I’m curious what the outcome was for this deal. I’m sure there are others who would like to know too. Shopkick shows me much smaller numbers of kicks for these products than those shown here. Did SK honor the original amounts? Today is the last day of the free dispenser TC coupon. The local store is out so it doesn’t look like I would have gotten these anyway.
I have now exchanged 6 back and forth emails with their, what I will laughingly call, customer support. They say I have been paid, and then they said the amount is not what I said. I have written clear, concise emails to them. They are either trying to cheat me or just stupid. I did get paid for the 3rd set I bought a few days after submitting the first two sets. But I have only been paid 400 of the 4000 for the first two sets.
@Dean I was finally fully reimbursed after sending copies of the receipts and pictures of the items. telling them exactly what I bought and what was credited, and telling them what I was still owed. I also had a problem with some Walmart receipts (so a total of 4 receipts) and got credited for ALL my missing SK
Maybe if they don't give me credit this time, I can try to not be so vague.
