If I have a Dove Deodorant offer for $1 off in Target Circle and a $2 off deal in ibotta, am I allowed to stack those on a single purchase of Dove Deodarant?

Yes! You absolutely can stack different rebates/coupons with Ibotta offers. I have found that the Coupons.com cash back coupons will not stack with other coupons but will stack with Ibotta and Fetch. I don't use other apps but they usually let you stack savings.

I learned today, shopping at Target, I was able to use Target circle earnings along with earning Target bonus in addition to using $10 off when you spend $50 Target digital coupon. Paid with Gift card then, I stacked with Ibotta and fetch for more savings.
