My phone still will not select the offer.  But here is an alternative:

1. Log into Ibotta.com
2. If Walmart Pickup & Delivery is listed, select it.  If Walmart Pickup & Delivery is NOT listed, select Target Pickup & Delivery
3. Go to the Any Rebate section of the offers and select both Watermelon offers.

Since the Watermelon offers are available across multiple stores, selecting it for the Pickup & Delivery stores will also select it for the other stores.
