Where do I submit me receipt, can not find it on my app (IOS phone)

I have been waiting 2 days for $10 cash back on Rubbermaid Brilliance Containers (Target)

My Target account had linked, offers had added. I tried unlink then linked it back. But nothing change 

I couldn't find where to submit my receipt on my Ibotta app. Anyone has same experience?

You can have Target linked or you can submit your receipt, but not both.

If you want to submit your receipt, you will have to unlink Target first.  After you submit your receipt, you can link it again.

If it's online shopping through the Ibotta app, there is nothing for you to submit. Once you check out and complete your online transaction, Ibotta verifies this with the merchant and it is pending for varying amounts of time until it shows in your account and history of earned credit.

You must link your Target Online account for Target Online purchases.  You do not need to submit your receipt.  Be sure you selected the Rubbermaid offer under Target Online. If you selected it under Target in store, it is not the same offer.

You may have difficulty finding Target Online.  It isn't listed under Online shopping.  It is under Grocery and you need to turn off the Nearby filter. You can also type Target in the search field on the Home screen.

Please note: Target Online says you need to link your Target Online account.  Target in store says you need to link your Target Account.  I don't know if this will link both or not.  Just be sure it says you are linked under Target Online.

My Ibotta had linked to Target. I added the offer on Ibotta app, but I shopped on Target online app. Does it work that way or I have to shop through the Ibotta?

I found out that if the item that you ordered is not on the list or it is substituted and you agree to the substitution some items you will not be paid for

There are two different "stores": Target in store and Target Online.  The offers between the two are similar, but the Rubbermaid offers are different, at least in my account.

If you are shopping in store, linking Target in store allows you to shop and not have to submit your receipt. Just use your Target Circle account to pay for it.

If you are shopping Online, you must link the Target Online store, not the Target in store.  As I said before, I don't know if linking one automatically links the other.  It could depend on whether or not your Target app and your online account use the same account.  

Again, be sure you have selected the Rubbermaid offer in Target Online if you are shopping Target Online.

Ibotta use to offer a percentage off orders on Target Online.  I guess they changed it.  Now you must select the items in the app, but since you are linked, they will get your order information.  No longer a way to shop online through Ibotta.  Just go to Target.com and order with the account you linked.

If everything was set up properly when you placed the order, you should have gotten credit within 24 hours.  If it has been more than 48, I would open a request.

If you were not linked properly, it might be easier to return the items and try again.
