I am new to this forum. Recently, one of my submitted receipt was stuck in pending for a week so I submitted a help ticket. Shortly after, 8 of my previously processed credits got reversed with issue that receipts submitted was digital/duplicate. I update the help ticket attaching all the receipts and got a standard reply about digital/duplicate receipts. Then 2 more got reversed. Update the ticket again attaching the receipt and the same standard digital/duplicate reply. I am so confused and frustrated with Ibotta. I can’t get them to review the receipts. Any suggestions?

I feel your pain. I had two Walgreens.com rebates reversed, which also reversed a bonus.
I submitted a request for each one and, with @LaraL help, got them straightened out in a day or two.
Patience is an Ibotta user's middle name.
Ok so apparently the receipts you submitted are invalid, and when looking into your account, we found other invalid receipts, hence the reversal of credits.
@LaraL Thank you for your reply but I am very confused. How can previously submitted and credited receipts from weeks and even months ago become invalid when I have not returned anything. From what I can piece together from the history still available is that these reversal is about $56.85. Is there nothing that can be done to get Ibotta to review them. I do have the original receipts (attached to the help ticket). Please advise.
My understanding is the reversals were justified, for anything beyond that you will have to ask them in your ticket. Sorry I can't be of more help.
@LaraL How/Why are these credit reversals justified is what I am trying to find out from Ibotta help ticket that I opened but no reply to this question, just their standard reply without any details. I am angry and frustrated of being accused of fraud when Ibotta won't share any details. Anyways, thanks you very much for trying.
