My guess is that Beta testing for the in crowd is complete and now features related to that will be rolled out.  For example the current rewards stop 7/31/21.  One of the rewards is a birthday reward but my birthday didn’t fall during the beta testing, maybe the program is continuing…

I hope it’s not Walmart related like everyone is guessing- I hate the Walmart app and have disconnected/unlinked Walmart and Ibotta.  The receipt upload makes it easier to check the offers and detect issues straight away.
