I got mine earlier this week.  I really like this potting mix.  I used some a few weeks ago to repot my peace lilies and it holds moisture without drowning the roots or getting water resistant (where the water doesn't soak into the soil). The seed mix is looser and I like it as well.  My Walmart had it for $6+ and the rebate was 4 or 5 dollars.  Now the same stuff is almost $12! Glad I got some early. I have never seen the 1 cu ft size anywhere 🤨.

I found the all purpose potting mix 1 cubic foot at Walmart for $11.48 with $7.50 back.
