Bank deposit help

I'm not sure if I can post this here I'm new to ibotta I got it last week. I earned $20 and I cashed it out to my bank that I linked on Friday the 20th it is now november 24 and still no money in my bank. I know it takes 1-3 days which has been 3 days not including weekends 5 if you count it. I linked my pay pal now for Mr next earnings but did I lose my money for this one? Has anyone else linked their bank? Yes I contacted them still waiting

I cash out to my bank all the time. Have you contacted your bank maybe it on that end. If you took it out before a weekend like friday you can be waiting until wed. maybe fri since thursday is a holiday
