Have not found it at any of the currently listed stores.
In the past I found it at WM on clearance.
Recently I've found it at Sprouts (but alas, not an eligible store for current offer).

Not at my kroger, meijer, target, or walmart
I checked WF and Shoprite - no luck so far.
