An item will only count once towards your bonus. So if you do an Ibotta rebate that was a limit of five of the same items, only one of them count. For example the Kind Energy Bars are a limit of five. I bought five of them, but only the first one counts towards the bonus even though you get a rebate on all of them. So if you are counting all of the items that could be your problem. That's the only thing I can think of why there would be a discrepancy.
