I’m confused on how the bonuses work.  Like, if it says 1 of 20(example), how do I know what qualifies towards bonus?  I see there are some listed beneath bonus like fir blue(pet food)there are treats, food etc. but must be bought at Walmart.  Are those only items for that bonus?

thank you for any assistance

There are many different types of bonuses.

The first type of bonus that everyone gets is the four monthly bonuses.  The first one is for $.50, the second is for $1.00 and the third and fourth are for $2.00.  You must complete them one after the other.  They require a certain number of rebates to be submitted and a certain dollar amount.  The further you go, the harder they get.  You have the whole month to get them.  Any brand gets counted towards the dollar amount, but not the number of rebates.  These are counted across all stores.

The next is the periodic ones.  They could be for a week or 10 days or even shorter, like the weekend.  These usually only require the number of rebates to be submitted, but must be completed by the expiration date and time.  Any brand rebates are not included.  Usually, all stores are included.

The third type of bonus is usually related to a specific brand or sometimes two brands.  So, there could be a bonus of $.50 when you by buy Pop-Tarts on two different shopping trips.  Or get $.50 when you buy 1 Scotch-Brite Advanced Scrub Dots and 1 Palmolive Ultra Dish Soap.  Usually these can be purchased on the same grocery trip or on multiple trips.  Sometimes these are for a specific store and sometimes not.  You will need to read the details carefully to make sure.

There are other bonuses, but you will have to check the specifics of each to make sure what you need to do.

Please note that you can earn towards multiple bonuses at the same time.  So, if you purchased Pop-Tarts, this rebate would count towards the monthly bonus, the weekend bonus, and the specific brand bonus.

Hope this helps.

Correction to this information - In the past, Any Brand rebates are not included in the four monthly bonuses.  However, I have noticed that they DO count this month.  If you read the details, it does not say Any Brand rebates are excluded, which they normally are.  Hopefully, this means we can get to the next monthly bonus just a little faster.

Thanks, Ibotta!
