I am trying to cash out $27...when I put in PW it goes to a page with a cactus and says 'can't connect' and retrywhich does nothing. Have tried my phone's data..my home wifi and even Dunkin Donut wifi ?

You may need to restart your phone. Works for me every time! If that doesn't work, you can uninstall and reinstall. When you log back in your info and balance will be there. You may need to reconnect to your PayPal..... but you should be good to go!
Look for an update unistall and reinstall shut phone off on clear cookies cache those are the normal fixes when there's problems. If that does work yoiu might be locked out.
There was an Ibotta update dated 01/13/21. Check to see if you have an update waiting.
