Been trying to withdraw for a week now. Keep saying “we’re having trouble connecting”. I tried wifi, LTE, uninstalling, reinstalling, rebooting etc. Submitted tickets, no response after 4 days. There is no contact number. Is there anything I can do?
Hello, there's no number to contact ibotta. But you can contact them by email at ibotta support. They usually reply between 24hrs to 48hrs depends how busy they are. But they are pretty fast they have resolved some issues with getting credit back. So just go to ibotta support through the app and send them an e mail.

I have had this same problem. I tried to withdraw Saturday after I earned a lot of rebates at Walmart. I got the same message as you and I contacted support. I got a response within 24 hours saying that they were taking longer to verify the rebates so I should try again in a couple of days. I have tried every day and now we are at a week. I sent another support ticket early Wednesday and I have not gotten a response in over 48 hours at this time. I'm pretty disappointed. I make sure to follow all the rules and this is frustrating.
Yes, I finally got a response saying they had to check my account for something and that all checked out. After that I withdrew twice without problems!
I’m having the same issue. Came back to ibotta after three years because of multiple issues. The money is there my bank information is there and every time I try it’s tells cannot connect try later finally heard from support who tells me to wait until Sunday are they insane. I want my money now. Once I get my money I’m deleting this app.
