Ok thank you
I have summered several tickets for pass 4 days @LaraL please help any issue on my account
Do you mean you have submitted several tickets?
Please stop submitting duplicate tickets. I spoke with the team handling all this yesterday and they're very backed up with tickets on this issue. They are currently working through all of these, so I encourage you to be patient.
irony: Aguilar0526 submitting multiple tickets to fix a problem while complaining that support is too slow in responding
Im in same boat a friend referred me I already shop and use recipts for fetch so i gave ibotta a try its great already saved 26$ in two days of shopping but get same message when trying to cashout to bank or my paypal how long does it usually take once a ticket is opened on this matter i read a lil bit about new accounts being locked at first for security reasons.
Ticket response can take up to a week, but generally is 2 or 3 days. They recently told us that new users must wait 48 hours before they can check out. If you are outside that window, see what their response is with the ticket.
ibotta at times has very slow response, especially if it takes a few back and forths, but as slow as they can be, they are even moreso fair and accommodating. So if you are owed your money, I have faith you will get it.
Thank you yes I believe i am just inside that 48hr window or may just have passed it recently today ill wait no rush love the app it always helps saving money now days and beats couponing lol
Quick update i was outside the 48r window come 12:30 today so i went and trued and successfully cashed out 20 of the 26 to my bank 😁
Glad it worked for you.
Can you tell me when your signup date is?
(Click ACCOUNT on bottom of screen and select YOUR EARNINGS. (top of screen will say MEMBER SINCE)
Just trying to figure out if it is 48 hours from signing up, or 48 hours from first purchase.
I had often speculated that a situation like yours would be very rare if you signed up, redeemed $20, and requested payout all within 48 hours. Maybe it is more prevalent than I suspected.
(I have eaten Wasa and drank Runa, so eating a bit of crow should not be a problem for me.)
