I’ve created my Ibotta account recently and I’ve been unavailable to withdraw my 82 dollars that I have in my account currently.
First, check to make sure you’ve verified your account. Second, if you haven’t already created a ticket in the Ibotta Care Center, please do so as soon as possible (see below for instructions to verify your account and submit a ticket).
Ibotta uses an auto-tracking software to monitor for any unusual account activity, which is a security feature, meant to protect both Ibotta and the user. There are a number of factors that can trigger the automatic block, so don’t let that concern you. It happens quite often with new accounts, and the Care Team will review everything as soon as possible. Average wait time is 24-48 hours.

Submit a ticket. I think it’s really frustrating that they flag new accounts and make people jump through extra hoops. If you already verified all of your information, your best bet is to submit a care ticket in the application. Best of luck!

I have not encountered any issues withdrawing my funds. Your detailed explanation for a likely resolution is so detailed and easy to use I want to say thank you and nominate you for a guest speaker at the 1st annual Ibotta convention.
@AlmightySosa Awesome! Just a heads up... the Care Center is being inundated with support requests, due to an issue with the National Hummus Day offer. I’ve seen numerous Community members mention that they’ve submitted tickets for that issue, so there’s most certainly a backlog at the moment. If your account is not unlocked by Monday, let us know and be sure to tag @LaraL. She’s our Community Manager (an Ibotta employee) and can check the status after 48 hours. She will need your ticket #, which you can find in Ibotta Help.

They responded they said that in a few days to try to withdraw and it will work. Thank you for the help
