Change in value on any receipt

Does anyone else notice any receipt value will show pending for one value and actual credit you earn is different? I noticed on the last 2. They will show pending for .25 and redeem credit is .10. I need to pay more attention to what the value is next time I activate it.

The only time this happened to me is when the receipt was stuck in pending, and while it was pending it expired, and then it reset before the receipt was finalized..

You can always open a ticket if you did not get the amount you submitted.  I would mot personally open a ticket for this situation, but that choice is yours.  I am sure if you submitted at 25¢ and they credited 10¢ they would make it right for you. 

As I said this has only happened once to me though.  I always track what I expected, what they said I would get, and what they gave me.  That way it is always clear for me, cuz lord knows my memory alone cant be trusted....,lol

i think it happen to me a few times.  My fault for not really noticing.  I just knew there was an any receipt offer so when it showed up I submitted it.  But I realized these were the receipt that always got stuck.  I think it showed pending of 25 cents which probably was the right amount.  However when I submitted my ticket I only asked for the 10 cents since that was what I actually submitted and was on the proof screenshot for my request when I submitted the actual receipt.  For 15 cents I pass since I never screenshot the original receipt offer and didn't want to complicate things I just wanted my other offers to clear that was on the receipt.  Also technically it was what I submitted that I agree to.  So 10 vs 25 cents was still good.

Yeah, I'm not going hassle with customer service for that amount. I had one actually just disappear yesterday. I activated it yesterday and then shopped at whole foods and it wasnt there for me to select. So the change still seems to be a tad buggy. I'll look for my last option to select and redeem tomorrow.
