I tried to join the Ibotta family again to no avail. Would not let my add my number anyone can help me. I have already contacted the care team, Facebook anyway else? Thanks in advance

FACEBOOK tends to be faster for some, especially for complicated issues.

Those are really the only two options you have.

Be patient.  Tickets may take up to a week to respond.
