Hi. I'm having trouble connecting my bank account thru the app. I click on the link and it really quickly will open and close where ever it is supposed to go. Has anyone else had this problem?
no mine went through fine. See if your bank is available for ibotta if you don't see it use the search once you click on your bank it will tell you what you need to put in for your bank then it connects. Have you looked for an update uninstall reinstall wifi on off shut phone off on clear cookies cache?
Linking my checking account has worked great for me—takes only a couple of days for the transfer to take place and offers so much more flexibility than gift cards.
