Connectivity problems

Anyone else having connectivity problems today w Ibotta app? I just tried to use app on iPhone as usual & it flashes on& off. I tried rebooting phone...no luck. I tried using data instead of WiFi, still nothing

Update... I deleted app& reinstalled... that solved the problem

I noticed in the last 2 weeks or so, I get many in the Discover section. Curiously, the ones that appear like "cards", 1 after another for a series of 5 or so, just spin & spin.

Also, the little surprise boxes seem to be problematic too. Get error messages for these, saying "having trouble.." 

Tried everything u did & it still happens.

I uninstalled, but how do I reinstall?
