Counting the Cost of My Siren FAO

Would it really be FREE (FAS or FAO) when the only Target location in my area that carries the new Siren  FAO  is 5 miles in the opposite direction of my usual stomping grounds?

Hmmm...I guess my response to that could also be the answer to the question about whether I'm an Ibotta Addict or an Ibotta Enthusiast.

Actually, I got the new Siren FAO yesterday and it's absolutely delicious (especially when frozen)!!! Whether or not I'm an Ibotta Addict or Ibotta Enthusiast is irrelevant on this product. Driving that far may be a symptom of being addicted to the product itself.

@What-Shot  If it's a hop on the highway 5 miles, or a stuck in traffic w/ red lights 5 miles would determine my answer.

@FelskyNY: Ah, yes, traffic. Traffic is indeed a "counting the cost" factor that sets apart the addicts from the enthusiasts.

But does that gnawing urge go subside simply because we've decided that the traffic is not worth the FAO?

@What-Shot do what I do- bike or walk for all of your shopping. Over the last 5 months I've earned about $1000 from ibotta and my cost of transportation for all that has been zero and traffic has been irrelevant! I did need about $45 in bike repairs but I probably would have needed them anyway.

@cweiner31: What a great idea. The exercise even credits you additional savings cf a gym membership.

Unfortunately, biking is not a safe option for me where I live. It would likely increase my medical expenses that would erase all my rebate savings.

But cycling everywhere saves you paying for a gym membership. It lets you try some of those yummy offers from Ibotta without considering the calories. That's a big win.
