I spent over $400 yesterday shopping Walmart pick up and delivery. Picked it up at 5pm and received no email receipt from Walmart and only a $0.50 payment for shopping from ibotta. I bought a bunch of stuff I should had gotten cash back for and now it’s been 24 hours and still nothing. Anyone else?
Due to the holidays, it could be taking longer than usual. I would give it another day or two.
If you had your Ibotta account linked to Walmart Pickup & Delivery and you selected the rebates in your app or online at Ibotta.com, you should be OK.
Be aware that if you had substitutions on and Walmart selected another product, Ibotta won't give you credit for the original item. It has to be the item described in the app or Ibotta.com.
I would be more concerned about not getting an email from Walmart listing exactly what you purchased. That is your receipt.
If you still don't get an answer in a couple days, I would open a request and send them your email receipt (once you get it). Be sure to take screenshots of any bonuses.
I am having the same issue. I did pickup and did not receive any cash back.
They just sent me another $0.50 thank you for shopping Walmart Pick Up email. I’m hoping this triggers the machine to cash me out.

The same thing happened to me the first time I completed a walmart pick up and delivery transaction. It might take a few days to credit your account. However I think you can manually enter the receipt TC number and get credit for the items you purchased.
This was the second time I used the pick up service. Where do I find the receipt TC number when my walmart doesn't give a receipt when you use pick up service?
