Earn more bonus issues

Anyone check earn more bonuses and find item area empty? I checked on several bonuses and there were no items to check off.

@gjcompte  mine is coming up fine - I can scroll at the top for featured, in progress etc.

maybe restart the phone?

Most of bonuses are fine. Only certain ones do not show stores to shop to earn...affresh, knudsen cottage cheese, breakstone cottage cheese. Maybe b/c there are no stores near me to qualify, although stores like Albertsons, and trader joe come up and are no where near me. Just wondering if it's ibotta issue.

I have had times when the internet connection was poor.  The app isn't able to download everything.  One time, I pulled up Walmart and half the categories were missing.

I would suggest checking your internet connection, resetting your phone, clearing cache, etc.

If you pull up a bonus and don't find any offers, it is possible this is an older bonus and the offers have expired.  It may come back, it may not.
