I cannot verify my email address because Ibotta is not sending me a verification email. I’ve requested it four times. It says “email sent” but there’s no email. It’s not in my inbox nor in spam. Help, please.
Do you normally get emails from Ibotta? It is possible you signed up with a different email or made a typo of some kind.
What are you trying to do that requires an email verification? Normally, Ibotta sends a text message, not an email to verify your device.
If you are on Ibotta.com on a PC, it asks me to verify via email or phone. I always choose phone and I get a text message. Emails take longer for me.
