I submitted a receipt and received an error on uploading. I scanned it again and it said it had already been submitted. I didn’t get credit for my items and it’s not showing up as being submitted. Any ideas? I have contacted support but wanted to see if this has happened to anyone before. Thanks in advance!!
Did you possibly include a photo of your receipt and maybe also photos of the items for which you are expecting cash back?
Late last summer I had a bad run of what I think you're having. I submitted photos of receipts and products for which I expected cash back and I had a few more of this problem with just Sprouts and Whole Foods during the subsequent fall.
With maybe 2 exceptions all my complaints got fixed rather belatedly
