1 oz St. Germain Liqueur
1/4 oz Aperol Liqueur
1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice
3 oz Prosecco
Add ice to a shaker and then add the St. Germain, Aperol and Lime juice.
Shake for 30 seconds.
Add the Prosecco and gently roll it in (no stirring)
Fill a tall glass with ice and give several dashes of rhubarb bitters over the ice (not necessary if you don't have).
Strain the cocktail into the glass.
I usually quadruple the recipe, great for this hot weather.
