When you pick an offer and it is about to expire, if you have already paid for it online, are you able to keep it or is it when you pick up the order?

It's normally when you place the order but if the store doesn't have the item then you don't get the rebate for it since they don't have it. If they substitute the item and it's not what's listed in the fine print you will not get credit either.
