tried resetting my walmart password and selecting delivery. Nothing works. Help! I want my free turkey 🙂

I finally went to the Walmart and I had to get aSnall turkey forc2 people. Anyway, Walmart pay didn’t work either. So I scanned my receipt. I got credit for everything, but the turkey. I sent Ibotta a screenshot showing the green check mark that it was the right item. The “fix” didn’t work either.
