Because I like to do my grocery shopping at Publix and I was making my weekly shop after work on Friday.

I only see a bonus $1.30 IR from HEB now   The Kroger & Publix ones is gone.

But the $2 CDC rebate (or printable if you still have it)  are still good along with the $5 IR.

The Revlon was a great deal.  The only issue I had being that I'm a man I have never purchased lipstick before and didn't know there are so many colors.
