I have shopped Food Lion 4 times since downloading the app. My Food Lion account is linked to Ibotta. I have tapped “SHOP” every time, and it opens the FL app on my phone. I never receive the $1 credit. I always have to contact support to submit a ticket. Is there something else I should be doing? What am I missing? Thanks in advance for any help.
