Getting money back for turkey and coke walmart pickup order

I did a walmart pick up order last week with everything still available except the potatoes. The items went to my Ibotta account except the turkey and coke. I have no idea how to redeem my purchases. You don't get a regular receipt with a pick up order. Someone...help! I definitely don't want to loose my turkey $$!

I would open a help ticket right away. Include the picture of the turkey and come as well as the barcodes of the item. Keep in mind that it can take a few days to hear back from the Care Team. I hope you get your credits soon.

To open a request, you can go to Account in the app, then Help.  At the top of the page is Submit a Request.
