I refered a friend but I did not receive referal $10.

Your friend must complete a rebate before you get your referral bonus.  The offer cannot be an Any Brand rebate.

If your friend made an online purchase through Ibotta, the transaction could be pending for up to 90 days.  You will not get your referral until the rebate is paid to your friend.

If all of this has been done and you still have not received your referral bonus, it can take up to 48 hours.  After the 48 hours, I would open up a request in the app (Account screen, then Help).  Be sure to include as much information as you can.  Requests are taking up to a week for a response.

Did they submit a receipt yet? They must submit a receipt.

Hi i referred my daughter and she submitted her receipt from walmart and did not get my 10.00 neither has she.
